We just wanted to thank you all for another great term. It has been a very busy, action packed term and we have had a lot of fun. Thank you for all of your support with the many events that took place – projects, Oatlympics, Book Week, Fathers Day, Grandparents Day, Footy Day, Seaweed Sally, Kibra Coin Donation, Kym Lardner, the Disco – no wonder we are all so exhausted!! Everyone has worked super hard and we are very proud of the progress that has been made this term.
We hope you all have a fabulous holiday. Be sure to take some time to rest and relax. We are looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces again next term. Enjoy and keep safe xx
Today we had the pleasure of meeting Tyler’s pet blue tongue lizard, Rafael. At first some of us were a little apprehensive, however, we soon worked out that Rafael was a complete gentleman and we really enjoyed his company. Thanks for sharing Rafael with us today Tyler. We are all a little jealous of your very unique pet!
Trin, you are a well mannered, respectful and hard working student. You always work to the best of your ability and you have a great attitude towards your learning. You are a beautiful friend and you make everyone around you feel welcome and included. Your gorgeous smile lights up our room and we are so lucky to have you in our class. Congratulations Trin. You really are FABULOUS!
Congratulations Dale on being such a good sport. Well done!
Wow. Look at all those bronze certificates! Well done guys, keep up the great work.
Congratulations Bron and Michy. Keep up the great work!
Look at all these certificates!! On the weekend Bronwyn very successfully competed in both a swimming carnival and a roller skating tournament. I’m tired just thinking about it!! This is a fantastic effort Bron. We are all really proud of you 😊
As part of the book week festivities we thought it would be a great idea to showcase some of our favourite books. To do this we all brought in some of our favourite books and set up little book shops. After setting up the shops we all had the opportunity to browse in the shops and enjoy some of the books that were on display. It was a fun way to celebrate the joy, magic and wonder of books.
Here are our shops. Don’t they look amazing:
And here we are browsing:
Today we had a visit from Trin’s cat Willow. She is very beautiful and we can see why Trin absolutely adores her. Thank you for sharing Willow with us today Trin, we loved getting to know a little bit more about her.
Well done to everyone on your super costumes. You all looked amazing and you were all so encouraging of each other’s efforts. It made us very proud to hear all of the lovely comments you were sharing with one another. A big thank you to all of our wonderful parents. We know the amount of time and energy that goes into these days and we really do appreciate your efforts.
